Thank you for shopping with Malibu Kulture. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

During high-volume periods, limited drops, or promotions, processing times may be extended without prior notice.

2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • The carrier
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs delays
  • Carrier service disruptions

3 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

4 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Refused or unclaimed packages

are not eligible for refunds.

If an order is returned to us for any of the reasons above, reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee.

5 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Malibu Kulture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Use a secure delivery address
  • Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

6 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and item immediately
  • Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

7 International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

8 Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders that are refused, returned, or undeliverable due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.

9 Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
